Can antivirus delete the exe file when not in use i tried to play today when i was playing yesterday but when i tried to launch it said the exe file had been missing after i restored the way i was told yesterday

Ive download and re downloaded this game 3 times but it keeps on saying im missing the asagaoAcademy.exe file. I donated to the project i just wanna play dude.
